Paige leads the Paige Heavey Fine Properties Group, a group within Realty Executives.  The Group has helped over 175 clients accomplish their residential real estate objectives, representing nearly $100 million dollars.  Over 95% of the Group's clients are past clients or referrals from past clients. 

 

The Paige Heavey Fine Properties Group has three main focus areas:  1. helping people move within the Valley, 2. helping professionals relocate from around the world, and 3. helping investors procure properties that accomplish their investment objectives.

 

Paige sees the re-development of both downtown Phoenix and Scottsdale as vital to the perception of metropolitan Phoenix.  “It’s exciting to share Arizona’s evolution in the biosciences and technology fields with medical professionals who come here from all over the world.  These factors, along with the amenities offered by Scottsdale, are helping our great City become very attractive to international thought leaders.  This growth enriches the quality of life for everyone.” 

 

Having worked in the client service business for 20 years, Paige was a former senior executive with global consulting firm, Accenture where she advised Fortune 100 client executives on maximizing productivity and profitability.  Paige was also the Chief People Officer of a local technology firm that was purchased by Avnet.

 

Volunteer & Leadership

  • Paige is the Board Chair of the Lincoln Family Downtown YMCA.

  • Paige was named the Phoenix Business Journal's Real Estate Superstar as well as a member of the 2004 "40 under 40" class of business leaders.

  • She was honored to be featured in Voices of Arizona and Broker / Agent Magazine.

 

Personal

Paige is an avid reader who also enjoys running, bicycling and spending time outdoors.  Her favorite vacation spot is Costa Rica where she owns real estate.  Paige sees significant investment potential for those who are interested in spending more time at this fabulous vacation destination.

 

You will find Paige hiking the mountains at Dreamy Draw Park or on the bridle path near her family home in North Central Phoenix.

Ashla Kinnamen

 

Ashla Kinnaman has been in the mortgage, real estate, and financial arenas for over 6 years. She joined United Mortgage Financial Group as Mortgage Planning Specialist with an emphasis in Commercial hard and private money loans. She provides her clients with an array of products and experience in the Mortgage Industry. She caters the type of loan to fit the investors’ objectives, requirements, and goals. Whether it is a package of deeply discounted bank owned real estate, a commercial development project, or a residential mortgage; she facilitates the process from beginning to end to ensure a timely close of escrow as well as provides superior service and expertise.

Prior to United Mortgage she managed a portfolio of $100 million of private money from accredited investors. She also brings experience with underwriting and assessing the risk with commercial private money loans.

She earned her Bachelors Degree in Communication Studies with a Minor in Business Administration from San Jose State University.

Kristy Peters

 

Kristy is an attorney at Ryley Carlock & Applewhite and practices in the areas of labor and employment law.  Kristy concentrates on employer advisement, including developing employer best practices such as drafting policies and handbooks, employer training, workforce audits, and compliance with state and federal employment laws.  Kristy also has extensive litigation experience defending employers who are faced with claims of sexual harassment, disability, gender, race, national origin, and religious discrimination. Kristy also defends employers in investigations by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the National Labor Relations Board.  Additionally, Kristy advises employers regarding the creation and enforcement of restrictive covenants.

Kristy graduated from the University of Minnesota Law School in 2006.  During law school, she served as an Articles Editor for the Minnesota Journal of Law & Technology.  Kristy also served as a judicial extern in Juvenile Court in Hennepin County, Minnesota.

In 2003, Kristy graduated with academic distinction from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with majors in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics, Marketing, and Management. She is active in the UW-Alumni-Valley of the Sun Chapter.

Kristy was born and raised in Wisconsin. In her free time, Kristy coaches youth girls’ basketball teams at the YMCA.

With over 20 years of experience in the healthcare field, Maryglenn brings her expertise from long term care facilities, hospitals and insurance companies to the planning process. She is a former licensed nursing home administrator and has been recognized locally and nationally for her work in the field of aging.

Lisa E. Platt

 

Lisa E. Platt, a Business Concierge and owner of Errands Galore, specializes in working with busy professionals and small business owners helping them complete projects such as data base management, mailings, research information, and administrate reservations.

Lisa has served in many volunteer capacities including Friends of CASS, the auxiliary group for Central Arizona Shelter Services and Toastmasters International. Through coaching, mentoring and serving in various leadership roles, Lisa recently earned her Distinguished Toastmaster Award. Lisa believes in giving others the tools they need so they can reach their individual goals.
