Stacey Bailey-Gitt considers herself an Arizonan, arriving in1985 she embraced the desert lifestyle and has made Arizona her home. When she married her husband Steve, Stacey left her career of 19 years at Fry’s Food Stores where she was director of training and development and customer service, to join the family business. She now pursues her passion by helping women look and feel their best. Now a Medical Aesthetician and Certified Medical Laser Technician, Stacey works with her husband, plastic surgeon Dr. Steven Gitt, at North Valley Plastic Surgery (NVPS).

Today she serves as the Director of Aesthetics at North Valley Plastic Surgery, and a licensed paramedical aesthetician and certified laser technician for the group. She is an active member of Associated Skin Care Professionals and the Arizona Aesthetics Association, served as an Education Advisory Member for South Mountain Community College and on the Occupational Advisory Committee of the American Society of Training and Development (ASTD). Stacey is dedicated to helping change laws to improve patient safety in her industry and is an advocate for aesthetics training, keeping up-to-date with laws relating to the Arizona State Board of Cosmetology.

Service to the community includes partnering with Arizona Magic of Music and Dance, a unique program for children and young adults with physical and mental disabilities; supporting the Arizona Costume Institute at Phoenix Art Museum where she has chaired their gala annual Holiday Luncheon and facilitated sponsorship of an exhibition for the Fashion Design Collection. Stacey attends many philanthropic events in the Valley, supporting organizations such as Sojourner Center, the the Breast Cancer Ride in Sturgis, SD, Catwalk for Charity, NRA Women’s Leadership, Animal Rescue and the Will 2 Walk Foundation. She has been an active member of Women of Scottsdale, Central Phoenix Women and West Valley Women. Via NVPS she provides sponsorship and support for women in the Valley.

Stacey has two grown children and two stepchildren. Her son serves in the United States Navy and she is a Blue Star Mom, a member of Blue Star Mothers of America, devoting her extra time to supporting our armed forces serving over seas. An active member of the NRA and Paradise Republican Women’s Club. She is also an avid gardener, enjoys traveling the world with her husband and family and playing with dogs Roxy, Max and Lucy.
