Yuval manages the small and medium business customer’s experience from client cultivation and on through to sales, project management of on-site setup and providing ongoing customer support. He is also responsible for driving consistency of effort in utilizing the tools and training provided to deliver world class customer experience in our professional solutions offerings.
As the primary provider of product knowledge and sales support for the Microsoft Store’s business customers, Yuval is tasked with maintaining an elite level of knowledge in all of our product and service offerings. He is also responsible for designing the business outreach plan, conducting meetings both inside and outside of the store, providing the most appropriate Microsoft business solutions as well as managing and developing sustainable relationships within the business community.
He also collaborates with corporate and field team members in the development of the necessary tools and programs that will lead to long-term relationships with our business customers. In addition he is technically proficient in most all of Microsoft’s software products and has both his MCTS (Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist) and MOS (Microsoft Office Specialist - Master) Certifications.
