Terry Johnson and her partner Pam Fitzgerald own an Agency that has represented The WORTH Collection for over 9 years in Phoenix and Scottsdale. The WORTH Collection is a designer woman’s clothing line that is renowned for its sophisticated and elegant designs, classic lines, impeccable detailing and fine fabrics, which come from the same mills that produce fabrics for other designer lines including: Chanel, Armani and Chloe.

Terry and Pam have built one of the leading Agencies for WORTH in the country. They have consistently achieved sales in the top 10% of the Companies Agencies. They have done this through service, excellence and most importantly, a focus on the needs of their clients.

Prior to opening her own business, Terry enjoyed a 25-year career in the financial and healthcare industries as a marketing executive. Terry has a business degree from the University of Denver and an MBA from Indiana University.

Terry and her husband Bob live in Phoenix and have three grown sons and will soon have three daughters in laws. They have four beautiful grand children. They enjoy travel and Terry loves to play golf. Terry’s main charity focus is directed at Multiple Sclerosis efforts. She is a founding member of Women Against MS and works very closely with Barrow Neurological Institute raising funds for MS Research.
