Britt Felderhoff joined BNC National Bank as a Personal Banking Officer in
2001, when its first location opened in Arizona. Her responsibilities
include working directly with the bank’s client businesses and their
owners to provide integrated financial services and link their needs to
the insurance, asset management and trust resources of the organization.
During her five years with BNC, the bank has continued to experience
significant growth and success, with 2005 year-end assets reaching $740
million, an increase of $66 million over 2004. Significant to this success
has been substantial loan and core deposit growth, both areas in which
Britt specializes.
“The acceleration of change in the financial services industry has never
been at the level it is today,” states Britt. “I am excited to help
redefine what clients can expect in terms of service and solutions.”
A native of Bismarck, North Dakota, Britt’s educational background
includes a BA degree from Wofford College in Spartanburg, South Carolina.
Prior to joining BNC, she taught in Texas for five years before moving to
Scottsdale.
Britt is active in the financial services industry and a member of the
Independent Community Bankers of America (ICBA). Through ICBA she had
completed training and is a Certified Consumer Lending Officer. She has
also completed external training programs on Remote Capture, Nova Merchant
Services, and delivering superior sales and customer services.
She is a member of the Scottsdale Chamber of Commerce and enjoys baking in
her spare time. She and her husband Gus have one daughter, Olivia
