Heather Buchta’s practice is both transactional and prosecution-based,
covering the areas of licensing, e commerce, copyrights and trademarks.
Specifically, her work focuses on software licenses, website terms and
conditions, website privacy policies, copyright applications, and
trademark prosecution. Ms. Buchta also deals with various litigation
issues related to both copyrights and trademarks on a day-to-day basis.
