Karena is an Associate Vice President at Willis of Arizona. Willis is a leading global insurance broker, developing and delivering professional insurance, reinsurance, risk management, financial and human resource consulting and actuarial services to corporations, public entities and institutions around the world. Karena's area of expertise is human resource consulting. Her extensive experience in large group sales, customer service, underwriting, and client management affords her clients the opportunity to maximize the return on benefit dollar spent. She acts as a strategic consultant in assisting employers of all sizes in developing, implementing, evaluating and managing comprehensive employee benefit plans.

Prior to joining Willis, Karena spent over seven years with CIGNA HealthCare,one of the world’s largest medical and ancillary benefit insurance companies.

Karena holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Speaking and Spanish from St. Cloud State University in Minnesota. She is a member of the Valley of the Sun Human Resource Association and the Enterprise Network.
