Her extensive experience in large group sales, customer service, underwriting, and client management affords her clients the opportunity to maximize the return on benefit dollar spent. She acts as a strategic consultant in assisting employers of all sizes in developing, implementing, evaluating and managing comprehensive employee benefit plans.

Prior to joining Lovitt & Touché, Karena spent seven years with CIGNA HealthCare, one of the world’s largest medical and ancillary benefit insurance companies and Willis.
