Kristy is an
attorney at Littler Mendelson and practices in the areas of labor and
employment law. Kristy concentrates on employer advisement, including
developing employer best practices such as drafting policies and
handbooks, employer training, workforce audits, and compliance with state
and federal employment laws. Kristy also has extensive litigation
experience defending employers who are faced with claims of sexual
harassment, disability, gender, race, national origin, and religious
discrimination. Kristy also defends employers in investigations by the
Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the National Labor Relations
Board. Additionally, Kristy advises employers regarding the creation and
enforcement of restrictive covenants.
