Experience
Nicole Maroulakos Goodwin focuses her practice on commercial litigation
matters, including real estate litigation, antitrust litigation and
intellectual property disputes. Her recent experience includes:

Obtaining summary
judgment in favor of a real estate brokerage in a professional
negligence/indemnification suit.

Representing
corporate clients in responding to third party discovery served by
federal antitrust enforcement agencies.

Assisting a
pharmaceutical company in the defense of antitrust claims brought by
private plaintiffs, the Federal Trade Commission and numerous state
attorneys general.

Representing an
electronic payments processor in its assertion of contract and bad faith
claims.

Obtaining a
declaratory judgment in favor of an insurance company, and assisting in
obtaining an affirmance of that judgment in the United States Court of
Appeals for the Third Circuit.

Obtaining
favorable arbitration awards in litigation arising out of contract.

Obtaining summary
judgment in favor of a home health care company in a suit alleging
defamation and tortious interference with contract.

Assisting the
defense of federal and state RICO claims brought against an
international telecommunications company and assisting with litigation
to protect intellectual property rights in proprietary
telecommunications software.

Defending a health
care management company against direct and derivative shareholder
claims.

Defending a
scientist accused of trade secret misappropriation, Lanham Act
violations, and federal copyright violations.
