Rhonda Forsyth is a
Valley business leader with more than 20 years of experience in health
care administration. She has served a variety of business, arts and
community organizations including the Phoenix Boys Choir, the Better
Business Bureau and the American Cancer Society.
Ms. Forsyth has been named Executive Vice President of John C. Lincoln
Health Network and will become President and Chief Executive Officer when
Dan C. Coleman retires in spring 2009. Until spring 2008, she held direct
responsibility for the strategic direction and daily operations of John C.
Lincoln North Mountain Hospital. Under her leadership, North Mountain
Hospital achieved a number of accomplishments, including being:

Named the first
area hospital to achieve Magnet status by the American Nurses
Association, an honor accorded only the top 3 percent of the nation’s
hospitals for excellence in nursing care.

Selected as a
Solucient Top 100 Hospital

Earned recognition
for its business ethics from the Better Business Bureau of Central and
Northern Arizona.

Singled out as a
Great Place to Work in Arizona in a “Fortune” magazine ranking of the
Top 100 Places to Work in the United States.

excellent patient care by “U.S. News and World Report.”

Named one of the
nation’s top hospitals in the area of organ donation.
Ms. Forsyth has led
the team at the North Mountain hospital through a time of growth and
expansion. Construction of a new Emergency and Level I Trauma Center and
the expansion and addition of new operating rooms are recent projects at
John C. Lincoln North Mountain Hospital.
Ms. Forsyth holds a Master of Science in Business Administration from
Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Arts from Pitzer College.
