Shannon McRae, Principal of Lux Label LLC and LXL Consulting Group, has had a career of over 20 years dedicated to the business of fashion in the retail industry. She is a graduate of The Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising (FIDM) Los Angeles, California where she earned a degree in Marketing.

Thereafter, Shannon has worked in retail management responsible for as many as 21 doors including international companies such as Escada, Cartier, Coach, Liz Claiborne and Gap Inc. She has opened new stores in new markets and increased sales of existing businesses with innovative sales and management techniques. Over the years she has made many industry contacts which have enabled expedient service to retailers with open employment positions, allowed for consulting opportunities and the formation of LXL Consulting Group.

Lux Label operates nationwide and is based in Phoenix, AZ, where McRae resides and has lived and worked for over 10 years.

Shannon has been involved in numerous charity events and has served as Board Member for both non profit and closely held companies. She is a Fashion Institute Career Mentor and member of Fashion Group International.
