Taisia originally began her career working as an office manager/bookkeeper for a small plumbing distributor in Grand Rapids, Michigan. While she was successful in this position her employers realized her outgoing nature and pleasant personality were being wasted behind the scenes. After one week on the road calling on customers Taisia decided being in sales was definitely what she wanted to do.

With her experience in sales and her expertise in the industry it wasn’t long before Taisia was a known entity at Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. Ferguson convinced Taisia to join their team of professionals and offered her an opportunity to build and manage a mini-showroom for their location in Grand Rapids. She spent the next two years bringing in business from plumbers, builders, and homeowners and getting the name of ‘Ferguson’ out in the community so people knew where to go for the best products with matching customer service.

Needing some personal growth, Taisia decided to relocate to the Phoenix area. The blessing of this is, the move also provided her with professional growth. With her transfer from Michigan Taisia is taking the next step in her career as she is completing her training to become an outside sales representative in the Phoenix market.

So, here she is today—being part of the number one company in the plumbing industry and loving the state in which she lives!
