Valerie was born and raised in Phoenix and has been practicing law in Arizona for 23 years, focusing much of her practice in the area of complex commercial litigation, with an emphasis on real estate related matters. She has represented businesses and individuals in disputes relating to boundaries, construction matters, foreclosures, contract claims and bankruptcies. Val also has represented businesses in the structuring of asset holdings. Valerie was recently named partner at Jaburg & Wilk in 2006. Valerie received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Arizona and is a current member of the Arizona State Bar.
