Central Phoenix Women, an organization for businesswomen, celebrated its first anniversary May 15 at The Ritz-Carlton, Phoenix.


The new director and advisors for this organization which focuses on leadership, are Director Paige Heavey, who leads the Paige Heavey Fine Properties Group, a division of Park Place Real Estate Services; and advisors Britt Felderhoff, BNC National Bank; Dennita Sewell, Phoenix Art Museum; and Terry Johnson, The Worth Collection.


Gender Differences in Leadership, The Value of Cultural Organizations in the Business Community, and How Women Business Leaders Manage Stress were among the thought-provoking topics addressed by the organization in its initial year.


Central Phoenix Women is an organization for women who have established themselves professionally and demonstrated their commitment to the community. Members are individuals who wish to enhance their leadership by connecting with like-minded women to share information, ideas, contacts and opportunities. Members value relationships that enhance their business, social and community endeavors.
